These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.thrive-co.com (the “Site”), operated by THRIVE Consulting LLC (“THRIVE,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site describes THRIVE’s services and research. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, strategic, financial, legal, or medical advice for any specific situation, and it does not create a client or advisory relationship with THRIVE. Engagements with THRIVE are governed exclusively by separately executed agreements. Site content is not a prediction or guarantee of results.
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, images, video, and research materials, are the property of THRIVE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or using automated means to extract Site content except through ordinary search-engine indexing, or submitting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content through the Site’s forms.
Information you submit through the contact form or newsletter signup is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Unless THRIVE has separately agreed in writing to treat the information as confidential, information submitted through the Site will be treated as non-confidential.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. THRIVE does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites or their content.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. THRIVE does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THRIVE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THRIVE’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the effective date stated in the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
